Questa Lasagna has been a beloved staple in Mt. Morris since 2010, and now, we’re proud to begin a new chapter under the ownership and culinary leadership of Executive Chef Michael Garcia.

Chef Garcia, a Geneseo High School graduate, brings over 20 years of culinary experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.

His background includes luxury ski resorts, fine dining restaurants across the U.S., and work with the hotels division of a major cruise line in Alaska, where he developed a reputation for bold flavors and operational excellence.
